The Growing Fear of Summer Pt. 1 (EP) will be released on November 25
10 years prior to their first release, the three gentlemen met in an idyllic environment on the Swedish countryside, studying the weirdly different subjects of classical piano, jazz drums and music production, respectively. They early found out that they had strange stuff in common, like the enjoyment of deep music theory geekery humor and… Well, that’s mostly it. I mean, is it not hilarious to hum a major seventh note at the end of every live classical choir’s piece, where there really shouldn’t be one? Okay maybe not. But that’s what they did, and the Gods smiled. Both the old and the new. Oh, and they also just happened to each have the same ‘80s German synth band T-shirt and took that as a sign from above. A union was created. 10 years later, Thriving Malice was brought to life and songs started to be released into the wild cyberspace for you to enjoy.
